Privacy Policy

In the following agreement, "we" refers to this website. Your privacy is important to us. Our policy is to respect the privacy of any information we may collect on our website and any other websites we own and operate.

1. Personal Information

We only request your personal information when it is truly needed to provide services to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we're collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. We take commercially acceptable measures to protect against loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification of the data we store.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some or all of our services.

2. GDPR

1. Your Data

You can choose to provide us with various data to help "train" AI to write in your style. Some of this data is stored in our systems, such as information you explicitly provide to us through the "Knowledge Base" feature. This data is used to supplement future email replies.

When you request us to write emails on your behalf, this training data is sent to OpenAI along with the recent email thread responses. OpenAI provides the machine learning models that make our service possible. Data is shared with OpenAI only for this purpose.

We don't collect other data from your email client. The generated reply results are returned directly to you, and we don't store or share them.

We have requested that OpenAI not use any data we send them to train future models, so you don't need to worry about your information being reused by AI in the future.

We are committed to maintaining the privacy of your information and agree to never do anything with any data created from your information other than to provide you with quality service.

For financial management purposes, if you subscribe to a plan, we process your name and email. Without this information, we will be unable to process your payment. Once you delete your account, we delete this information.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our service, we will process your name, email, and the content of the complaint and related communications to find the best solution for you.

We have a business interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. We process your email for direct marketing. When you ask us questions in the chat box or express interest in learning about our latest blog posts, we process your email. Once you unsubscribe or indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by us, we will delete this information.

We will not provide your data to third parties unless required for business operations or by law. To protect your privacy to the maximum extent possible. Your data will always belong to you. We will never sell your data to third parties.

2. How Do We Obtain This Information?

We obtain the above information from the extension because you provide it to us. Additionally, when we verify your payment through our payment providers Stripe, Paddle, PayPro, Paypal, we can obtain your email, payment amount, and city name.

3. What Rights Do You Have Over This Data?

Whether or not you are an EU resident, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies because we believe you should have these rights no matter where you live in the world. You have the right to request access to all personal information we have about you at any time. Under the same regulation, we will also delete any or all of this information at your request.

In short, these are your complete GDPR rights:

  • Access - You can request to view your data at any time.

  • Correction - If you want to adjust, correct, supplement, protect, or delete your data, you can submit a request, and we're happy to make these changes for you.

  • Object - You can object to the processing of your data.

  • Data Transfer - If you want to transfer your data to another provider, we will provide your data in a structured, commonly used format that can be accessed by common digital systems.

  • Automated Processing - You can always tell us your thoughts on automated decisions and have a third party reconsider this decision.

  • Withdrawal - When we process data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. This may affect the services we can provide to you.

3. External Sources

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

We may also generate URLs that link to external websites. The same rules apply to these links.

4. Transfer of Ownership

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will ensure that any new entity receiving your data will continue to be bound by the terms of this privacy policy, or provide notice and obtain your consent where required by applicable law.

5. Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement various measures to protect it, including:

  • Data Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect data during transmission and storage.

  • Access Control: Based on the principle of least privilege, only authorized personnel can access personal information.

We are committed to protecting your information and will continue to improve our security practices to ensure your data remains safe.
